Book It is an online booking service run by Aruba Booking Services ("we", "us"), based in Aruba. [Add legal entity name, registration number and address.]

We provide booking pages and tools to businesses ("Businesses"). When a customer books with a Business, the Business decides why and how that customer's information is used. For that information we act on the Business's behalf.

From Businesses: name, business details, contact details, login details and payment information for your subscription.
From customers who make a booking: name, email, phone number, booking details and any answers to the Business's booking questions.
Payment details are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar data, collected through cookies and logs.

3. How we use information

To take, confirm and manage bookings, and to send confirmations and reminders.
To process deposits and payouts.
To provide support and keep the service secure.
